Timeless Management Group was founded in New York City in 2023 by Karen Kuczwaj with a vision for a more personal approach to talent management.

After years of working across PR and talent management, Karen set out to build the kind of company she felt the industry needed: intentionally boutique, deeply hands-on, and built around the individual behind the platform.

In 2025, TMG expanded to Los Angeles, bringing its bi-coastal perspective to a growing roster of creators and talent.
